Shipping policy

Most Ruck & Ridge Outfitters products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production before shipment. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, address problems, inventory availability, or unusually high order volume.

Tracking information will be emailed when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Ruck & Ridge Outfitters is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address submitted by the customer.

If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping or replacement costs.

Contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit.
